VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Astron Connect Inc. (“Astron” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:AST) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”), previously announced on December 11, 2019. The Company will issue 30,000,000 units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,500,000. Each Unit will consist of one Astron common share (the “Shares”) and one common share purchase warrant (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one Share at a price of $0.05 each for a period of one year following the closing date of the Private Placement.

Founded in 2011, Kaiser Lachance, with offices in Toronto and Montreal, provides strategic and integrated communications services with an emphasis on corporate, marketing and financial communications.

Astron Connect held two events this December to celebrate its milestone of going public on the TSX Venture Exchange in August of 2018. It hosted both of its events at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, in Vancouver.
This week Astron Connect will be attending the first ever China International Import Expo (CIIE). The CIIE is being held from November 5th to 10th in Shanghai.
In 2017, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China would hold the first CIIE to support trade and economic globalization.
On Monday October 22nd, the Astron Connect team was at the Toronto Stock Exchange to ring the bell and officially open the market for trading. Astron’s Board and Management were joined by staff and guests at the TSX in downtown Toronto for the morning ceremony.
